Burn Media Co. Builds Top-Of-Funnel Brand Awareness with Disney Campaign Manager
THE GOAL
Burn Media Co. wanted to increase top-of-funnel brand awareness for their client, Burn Boot Camp, a fitness franchise offering challenging 45-minute workouts, nutritional support, and even complimentary child watch services for their members. With over 350 open locations across the US and over 100 locations coming soon, Burn Boot Camp was growing quickly. Gaining national and local awareness would be key to their success.
THE SOLUTION
Leveraging Disney Campaign Manager’s location targeting options, Burn Media Co. was able to easily target viewers in their client’s “currently open” and “coming soon” zip codes.
One of their most successful campaigns to date was for a $69 national holiday promotion. With the goal of driving both awareness and website traffic for their client during Burn Boot Camp’s biggest promotion of the year, Burn Media Co. ran ads on Hulu that featured both the promotion details throughout the ad and a QR code leading viewers to Burn Boot Camp’s website.
THE RESULTS
Featuring both a promotion and a QR code worked for Burn Media Co. They saw over 530 unique scans just from one ad, and through their lead tracking software, they were able to see that a portion of those scans converted to leads who then signed up for the $69 promotion. What’s more, Burn Media Co. compared results from this holiday promotion to the previous year and found that, overall, site traffic gained during this promotion was much higher.
Disney Campaign Manager is very straightforward and easy to use. Some things I have found particularly useful are: being able to see the projected daily impressions and cost per view based on your budget, the targeting options (including access to Disney Select audiences), and the great support we’ve received from our Account Manager and team. With the addition of Hulu to our digital advertising efforts, we have seen an overall lift in online traffic for our client on both a national and local level.
